After you receive an email from us confirming the eligibility of your Refund Request.
Please DO NOT automatically return the package without confirmation through email because unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Before that, no refund is going to be issued. For such reason, please make sure to attach the Tracking Number from the Carrier you chose to return the item to us in another email to the same email address – contact@goodlyhair.com.
How long will it take for the refund to be processed?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once the package reaches us, then, your requested refund will be issued immediately regardless of the return shipping fee that you previously purchased.

I bought this wig last minute for my birthday and it came extremely fast. The wig itself was really good. It took the dye really well and it held my curls for a few days. The wig was thick and the lace melted pretty decent for the price. I definitely would recommend this wig!!
I placed a order for a 30 inch 613 full frontal wig. The wig was amazing! The quality of the wig was great along with the price. This is one of the best wigs I have ever bought, it is so full. The lace melts on your head so perfectly. It was a full frontal so it can be used for multiple different styles. The shipping was very fast. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS WIG! I bought it once for my birthday and loved it so much that I just ordered another one today! I bought a new one today so I can have a blonde one and my recent one will be used for when I want color in my hair! I dyed the wig twice already and its holding up amazing. This is one of the best wigs Ive had by far! Very easy to manage minimal shedding and napping. The lace on it is so good nearly invisible! Also is still very soft after dyeing it.
I ordered the 613 blonde 13x6 body wave wig in the 20 inch. The color was your typical Barbie yellow but there was no smell and only a few black hairs throughout the wig. The hair was extremely soft and measured true to 20 inches long. It was also very full and somewhere close to 180% density. I toned the hair with purple shampoo and it turned a beautiful light ash blonde. After straightening the wig, its held up well without any matting and very minimal shedding. I dont know how long this wig will last, but its been two weeks and is still in beautiful condition. I highly recommend this wig for the price and intend to purchase
