After you receive an email from us confirming the eligibility of your Refund Request.
Please DO NOT automatically return the package without confirmation through email because unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Before that, no refund is going to be issued. For such reason, please make sure to attach the Tracking Number from the Carrier you chose to return the item to us in another email to the same email address – contact@goodlyhair.com.
How long will it take for the refund to be processed?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once the package reaches us, then, your requested refund will be issued immediately regardless of the return shipping fee that you previously purchased.

This hair ATE DOWN, and DID NOT disappoint! Very soft! Silky! DO NOT tangle, and definitely looks fresh every morning when you tie it up! Probably the BEST wig I ever purchased. Minimal shedding as well!

First off, I received this wig in a day. It is absolute perfection, it doesnt shed a lot and its length is just perfect. It is also really easy to install and it didnt need much plucking either. It is really soft and it melts really well. This is really good quality hair and I love it. I am really happy with this purchase and will definitely buy from this company again.
In all honesty everything about this wig was great the length is true the curls are beautiful, no odor, thin lace, easy to style etc, it was just a good buy all around. Client loved it especially the quality for the price.
