Please DO NOT automatically return the package without confirmation through email because unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Before that, no refund is going to be issued. For such reason, please make sure to attach the Tracking Number from the Carrier you chose to return the item to us in another email to the same email address – contact@goodlyhair.com.
How long will it take for the refund to be processed?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once the package reaches us, then, your requested refund will be issued immediately regardless of the return shipping fee that you previously purchased.

Great quality and shines. Would highly recommend!!
I used to wear hair extensions years ago and had used a variety of brands and prices points. Full Shine was my favorite - hair is great quality and clean (no little white root bulbs from a questionable source). Tape is good as well. Can be reused several times. Just went back to pick up a few extensions to fill out my current and am happy as usual.
If I had to describe the hair with one word it would be PRESSURE! I installed for the first time yesterday(never did tapes before) and it was super easy, the hair had no smell and when I woke up this morning the hair was still like butter! (Mind you I kept putting my hair up and down into a ponytail all day after the install w/ no snagging or tangling). I would recommend 3 packs; I ordered 2 18. I have a small head and could have used 2 1/2 but you can get away with 2 packs if you place them well. I would also recommend buying different lengths that way if you have shoulder length hair like me you dont have to blend the line of demarcation or cut layers where you can tell the difference between your hair and the tapes so next time Ill order 14, 16, 18 but I DEFINITELY will be ordering again!! I havent styled it yet otherwise there would be pictures! Buy the hair sis!
