Please DO NOT automatically return the package without confirmation through email because unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Before that, no refund is going to be issued. For such reason, please make sure to attach the Tracking Number from the Carrier you chose to return the item to us in another email to the same email address – contact@goodlyhair.com.
How long will it take for the refund to be processed?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once the package reaches us, then, your requested refund will be issued immediately regardless of the return shipping fee that you previously purchased.

Love love love these extensions. I had a bad haircut and missed having long hair. Ive worn clip ins for a long time but I was curious about tape ins! Received these last night and stayed up putting them in so I could do a little beach photo shoot with my husband! These are super soft and blend well with my hair. The customer service is awesome and helped me match my shade to my hair via DM on IG too!
The hair is extremely soft and actually human hair. the tape in has SUPER strong glue so it stays in your hair no matter what. I recommend a hair oil to get them out. If you have thinner hair, the tape pieces are noticeable if you put them higher up on your scalp. other than that, theyre super easy to use and put in. definitely recommend!

I have tryed ALOT of tape-ins, hands down these are the best , strongest tape ,softest hair,can cut, color ,tone ,they look so natural ,,and when they are drying you don't look like you have a bad perm,the first day I put them in I haven't been a day with out them, they are a game changer,I have very thin hair ,I cannot grow my natural hair long ,,but I can have the next best thing !!!! This is the second time I'm purchasing from this company. I love the quality and color and the fast delivery. This second time I also see there has been improvements made with the actual color, which is now more white/ platinum than last time. The hair is also soft and shiny and does not shed. The tape quality is great and you can def re-use this hair after you have worn it for 8-10 weeks (that's when I usually take them out and move up). Overall 10/10, couldn't be happier. I want to have a full head so I buy 4 packs and there is usually a few piece left over for next tmie :)
