After you receive an email from us confirming the eligibility of your Refund Request.
Please DO NOT automatically return the package without confirmation through email because unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Before that, no refund is going to be issued. For such reason, please make sure to attach the Tracking Number from the Carrier you chose to return the item to us in another email to the same email address – contact@goodlyhair.com.
How long will it take for the refund to be processed?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once the package reaches us, then, your requested refund will be issued immediately regardless of the return shipping fee that you previously purchased.

The color is beautiful! The hair is also visibly very beautiful! I am having some difficulties and the team promptly called me and is solving it for me, very polite and efficient.
UPDATE: WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! The seller contacted me via text and offered to send the correct length at no cost. Seller sent them with expedited shipping and I received the new set within a couple days. I definitely recommend this seller and these extensions. Will purchase from them again.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Color was a great match and blends well with my hair but the seller sent 14 (which actually is 15 long) but I ordered the 12. The 14 are way too long for my hair so I would need to cut to usedisappointing but quality is decent, especially for the price, and they are super easy to use. Would give 5 stars if the right length had been sent. Great value for the price.
