For such reason, please make sure to attach the Tracking Number from the Carrier you chose to return the item to us in another email to the same email address – contact@goodlyhair.com.
How long will it take for the refund to be processed?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once the package reaches us, then, your requested refund will be issued immediately regardless of the return shipping fee that you previously purchased.

This was my first halo...It's not as easy to use as described. Especially if you are a beginner...it's not hard, it just takes some practice styling and blending it in. But, it is very pretty and I will wear it. I like that it is adjustable and that I do not have to use the clips. There are clips on these as well as wire, but clips tend to damage my hair. Overall, I am happy with it and would order again.
I install this hair myself! Its so easy to do and super soft. Love it.

The color is not true to form.
Very happy with how accurate the picture and description are. The color is pretty spot on and it has a decent thickness, especially for the price. I would suggest that if you want to add length to your hair, you would need 2 of these or double the amount of hair. The clips REALLY feel secure and it's very comfortable to wear. My only complaint would be that the piece isn't very long, so there's no pieces towards the front of my hair, which would help it blend better. Overall good purchase for the price, and good if you just want to add some volume.
EDIT** After toning with a purple shampoo the color is PERFECT for me and it helped with the chemical smell that others have mentioned. (Last pic after toning)
