After you receive an email from us confirming the eligibility of your Refund Request.
Please DO NOT automatically return the package without confirmation through email because unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Before that, no refund is going to be issued. For such reason, please make sure to attach the Tracking Number from the Carrier you chose to return the item to us in another email to the same email address – contact@goodlyhair.com.
How long will it take for the refund to be processed?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once the package reaches us, then, your requested refund will be issued immediately regardless of the return shipping fee that you previously purchased.

The color was a great match. Theyre a little thin so I ended up purchasing 2 packages. They blend well and are very easy to put it. Wash them first! The dirt coming out of them when I washed was pretty gross but they are shipped and stored in a warehouse so thats expected.
I purchased these extensions to make my hair fuller and longer. They are comfortable to wear all day and the quality of the real human hair is wonderful and soft.
I love these clip ins they were very easy to install and lasted about a week and a half before having to fix them. I will be purchasing more.
I have bought several of Goodlyhair extensions in different colors. The colors look like you have just stepped out if the salon. The extensions are the perfect amount of hair. The human hair makes it look exactly like my own once it blends. Hair can be styled in different ways. Curls and some updos. Easy and quick to install. You will be ready with minutes. I would definitely be buying more from Goodly for quality and value.
