Please DO NOT automatically return the package without confirmation through email because unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Before that, no refund is going to be issued. For such reason, please make sure to attach the Tracking Number from the Carrier you chose to return the item to us in another email to the same email address – contact@goodlyhair.com.
How long will it take for the refund to be processed?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once the package reaches us, then, your requested refund will be issued immediately regardless of the return shipping fee that you previously purchased.

I have ordered from this shop before and absolutely love their extensions! I got a new package 2 days ago of the 2B 22inch strands and noticed that there were 40 strands but 4 of them were completely useless because they had basically no hair. I didn't really mind because last time I used them, I didn't use 4 pieces so it wasn't a big deal. I noticed that they were a little thin and when I had finished putting them in I tried to style them with heat and the hair was like making this awful smell. I washed them before I put them in so I'm not sure what happened because all of the products that were in them should've washed out. They are definitely thinner than my last order because my hair feels a lot less thick than it did with the last tape-ins I bought from this store. The tape on the actual strands is great and really strong and the last time I ordered it was incredible and I absolutely loved them. I will definitely order again because I think that I just got a bad batch, but I'm pretty disappointed in my recent order. I would return and get a replacement but they're already stuck in my head LOL. They don't look bad, but I'm going to wait a few days until I wash my hair before I try and style it with heat again.
UPDATE: incredible 11/10 customer service. They were so responsive and helpful! I've never experienced such great customer service and they replaced my package. They reached out to me very quickly, literally the day after my review, and immediately addressed the issue. I was so impressed with them. I will definitely continue to order from this store.
The quality of the hair is absolutely so soft and very lightweight! I ordered the 20in Dark Brown extensions and they were true to color and blended with my natural hair very well! I highly recommend these if this is your first time trying on tape ins!

If you are looking for extensions these are perfect. the price is reasonable with the quality. In the last photo you can see my natural hair and if you want to look a little different this is a good option without having to dye your hair♥️
I love these extensions! We just installed them on my coworker! They are so much better quality then what she was using and the color did not have to be toned before instillation. I am a licensed cosmetologist and would recommend these to a client without hesitation. This is 3 packs because she had very short fine hair and likes it long
I wanted to show them both curled and straight. These extensions are beautiful! They were a bit off colour but it was a very simple fix w purple shampoo to match my hair color & they look SO natural and like my real hair! I am very impressed. I do have VERY thick hair so if you’re like me I recommend 3 packs :) I’ve never worn tape in extensions but these were so easy to apply & I haven’t had any problems with them I will definitely be a returning customer.
