After you receive an email from us confirming the eligibility of your Refund Request.
Please DO NOT automatically return the package without confirmation through email because unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Before that, no refund is going to be issued. For such reason, please make sure to attach the Tracking Number from the Carrier you chose to return the item to us in another email to the same email address – contact@goodlyhair.com.
How long will it take for the refund to be processed?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once the package reaches us, then, your requested refund will be issued immediately regardless of the return shipping fee that you previously purchased.

They sent the WRONG item. Wrong color and it’s not invisible. I’ve emailed everyday trying to get help and zero response. I placed another order before this one got here and they haven’t even confirmed the color but took my money. One again, can’t get in touch with anyone!
I really like the hair, but the extensions did not come with the tape on it. I. sent an email to see if they could send me some new ones
I am a hairstylist I wanted to try out different options for my clients, this hair is surprisingly really nice !! I personally have it in! 100% will buy again.
I am very satisfied with these extensions! They are so pretty, affordable and will last if you take special care of them. Be gentle, brush multiple times a day and sleep in braids! :)
Just got a new set in, and again they are to my expectations. They didn’t shed at all during putting them in, they were soft and straightened really well! I did put about a teaspoon of purple shampoo to a sink of water and let them tone for about two minutes and they’re a perfect color! Each time I purchase extensions from Goodly it’s usually full shine, smooth, silky. Usually because their price is priced really well for their quality of extensions. And If the hair isn’t up to my expectations they will absolutely go way out of their way to make it right. 9/10 times they’re going to send you great hair. And that 1 time I’m telling you if you just reach out to them, they will fix the mistake and are so sweet about it. Sometimes they can’t help what their hair goes through when getting shipped to different warehouses, so you do have a small chance of it being messed up upon delivery. I wasn’t the happiest with the last set I bought from them, (it was a new kind I hadn’t tried) and for months they’ve been reaching out to see how I felt about them, when I told them the truth they were fast to fix it. I mean within a night they had it fixed and taken care of. Will continue purchasing from them!
