Shipping Methods
Goodly Hair aims to provide safer and faster shipping options.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
1) Processing time: The processing time will need 2-4 working days, belongs to the quantity you order. Other custom products will be shipped with 5-8 working days. (Processing time is NOT included in the shipping time)
2) Working Time: We arrange shipments from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and Holidays.
3) Shipping Time: We offer shipping options:
Fast Shipping (UPS, DHL or FEDEX) 5-10 business days, shipping worldwide.
Standard Shipping (USPS) 10-20 business days, shipping worldwide.

NOTES:
- Address: Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses (APO/FPO). Ensure accurate and complete address to avoid processing delays. If you have previously encountered a lost or stolen package, we recommend that you send the package to your WORK address to ensure that you receive your package safely.
- Tracking orders: You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with details and tracking number when your order is ready to be shipped.
5.Sign for Delivery: We strongly recommend signing for delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order, but we won't be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard and any other places.
6.Multiple Items: Orders including more than one item may be shipped out separately and arrive on different days. If your orders are shipped separately, we will inform you by email.
7.Address Change: Customers are responsible for entering correct billing and shipping information. Address or order change requests may be considered but not guaranteed. Changing the address after shipment may incur extra fees paid by the buyer.
8.Precautions: Delivery delays due to force majeure, weather, carrier operations, incomplete addresses, customs delays, or lost/stolen items are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.
9.Attention: Although we try to ship your hair to you as fast as possible, please don’t order hair less than 48 hours before you need it! It's always better to give yourself at least a 2 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.

However there is a 72-hour waitlist for email, therefore, if your order has left our warehouse within 72 hours, it is out of our control.

If the order arrives in your country and…
- The customer refuses to accept the package.
- Number of attempts are made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

After receiving the goods, if there are any problems with the products, please contact Goodly Hair within 72 hours. After the above time, Goodly Hair
WILL NOT SUPPORT any case related the products.The order will be considered as being accepted by the customer and no reimbursement may take place.
Who is responsible for the return shipping cost?
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost, which will not be included in the amount to be reimbursed.
When should I request a refund?
At Goodly Hair, we want you to cherish our products as much as we do, which is the reason we stand behind our products’ quality and assure our workmanship. We have low return rates and we are proud of the top-notch products that we offer. However, in any case,every once in a while, items might be damaged during shipping. If an item arrives in one of the following conditions, we will attempt to offer a refund.
- The hair arrives defective
- The hair arrives broken
- The hair texture is different from the one you ordered
- The hair length is different from the one you ordered
- The hair is not the one you ordered
When are products eligible for a refund?
Noticeably, the returned item(s) must NOT meet the following conditions:
- The hair(s) have been washed
- The hair(s) have been altered in any way
- The hair(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless the condition is our fault
- The hair(s) do not have the original tags on them
- The hair(s) are in their original condition and are sent back with their original packaging.
What are the required proofs to claim a refund?
- The receipt/shipping label
- Proof of purchase
- Proof of defective items
Where should I return the item(s)?
After you receive an email from us confirming the eligibility of your Refund Request.
Please DO NOT automatically return the package without confirmation through email because unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Before that, no refund is going to be issued. For such reason, please make sure to attach the Tracking Number from the Carrier you chose to return the item to us in another email to the same email address – contact@goodlyhair.com.
How long will it take for the refund to be processed?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once the package reaches us, then, your requested refund will be issued immediately regardless of the return shipping fee that you previously purchased.
What should I do if no refund transaction is recorded in my bank account?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before
your refund is officially posted. You will receive your money in about 10 – 15 days depending on the policy of your card’s issuer.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us immediately at contact@goodlyhair.com.
